The pieces are pretty tight fitting so as I was assembling the stand (made of flimsy styrofoam)it broke in several different places. I did manage to tape it up and made it work for the birthday party but no way is this something you should consider as a “reuseable” item.

This is the perfect little stand to use on my kitchen table to hold fresh fruit. It is also great for cakes and cookies and cupcakes. It’s not too big and not too small, just right.

I was so excited about this cake plate, until I received it. Little did I know that it was only approximately 9″ in diameter. I looked back on the web page and I still did not see any information on it’s size. I assumed it would hold a standard round cake. The size may be posted, but I didn’t see it. Buyer beware.
